3 Configuration & Deployment
IT-HAUS also supplies customized solutions for computing-intensive and graphically demanding applications or OEM customers on request. Different components are configured into an individual system or complete systems are upgraded as required. In order to deliver new devices to end users ready for operation, up to 120 devices - whether PCs, notebooks, tablets, smartphones or servers - can be individually preconfigured and loaded with customer-specific software at the same time in our in-house staging center.
4 Logistics & billing services
By stocking products at our warehouse in Föhren , we guarantee predictable delivery times and punctual delivery as well as the availability of your products for flexible coverage of your needs at all times. As a flexible system house, IT-HAUS is also able to offer its customers a wide range of billing solutions: in the area of managed services, for example, in the form of a pay-per-click model, in the area of client/mobility as a device as a service or in the form of collective invoices (monthly, quarterly).
5 Rollout services
Thanks to a global partner network, devices can not only be refueled and rolled out all over the world, but also installed or replaced on site. As a central point of contact, IT-HAUS ensures timely and cost-efficient delivery to the respective locations from Föhren and, if required, ensures integration into the existing IT system environment - from the ready-to-use installation of the device at the end user's premises to the dismantling of old devices.
6 Technical services
The tasks of the IT-HAUS team go far beyond ticket processing: on-site services within the IMAC process, such as the replacement and repair of hardware or the provision of equipment for new employees, are forwarded to the IT-HAUS Field Service and implemented quickly and reliably thanks to numerous branch offices throughout Germany. As a IT-HAUS customer, you can benefit from a combination of remote and on-site services on request - not only quickly, but also cost-effectively thanks to short travel distances.
7 End-of-life management
If your product is at the end of its life cycle, then you know that with IT-HAUS you have a partner at your side who will provide you with reliable support.
