Our corporate policy

Only if we know our customers' wishes and requirements can we implement them to their satisfaction. That is why we always ensure open communication and consultation. We measure our success by the satisfaction of our employees and customers. All company-relevant processes are presented transparently and are continuously developed and improved. As a result, we not only meet the high demands of our employees and customers, but also fulfill the expectations placed on us. Our corporate policy is drawn up in accordance with our vision and in consideration of all interested parties and their requirements. They support the strategies and goals derived from them.

At the same time, they include compliance with external standards, applicable legal provisions, internal regulations and other binding obligations and form the basis for trusting cooperation with our employees, customers and partners. They also take into account our sustainability principles in an ecological, economic and social sense across all areas and processes, which we have imposed on ourselves as a responsible part of society.

We take responsibility for our impact on society!

The management has defined behavioral guidelines based on the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact, which are binding for all employees of IT-HAUS GmbH . We therefore hold everyone responsible for complying with these self-imposed guidelines. The implementation of this Code of Conduct places particular demands on the company's managers. They ensure that the Code is understood and adhered to by all employees. We expect trusting and open interaction between colleagues and superiors, as well as mutual support. Compliance with the requirements of this Code of Conduct is regularly reviewed and evaluated. This Code of Conduct is also made available to external interested parties in order to communicate our responsible behavior towards our employees, society and the environment and to demonstrate the binding nature of this commitment. In addition, we expect our suppliers, partners and manufacturers to fulfill comparable obligations.
