Who is responsible for the operability of IT-HAUS as a service?

We take responsibility for the operational capability and proactively take care of failure and security-relevant aspects of your IT environment and client landscape.

What do IT-HAUS As a Service services cost?
The price is a flat rate and is based on the contractually agreed scope of services and expenditure. This is made up of the required hardware, which we purchase, commission and regularly maintain for you, as well as an individual service package.
What financing options do I have?

The IT-HAUS Anything as a Service concept offers you various financing models - purchase, rental or leasing. However, a mix of everything is also possible.

How long is the contract period?

All IT-HAUS As a Service services are individually flexible and scalable. This means that additional components (network, printer, etc.) can be added to the agreement at any time. This ensures that functional devices are always available to your employees, even in the event of delivery problems. The contract term is also flexible and usually starts at twelve months.
