What does Security as a Service mean?
Security as a service is an outsourcing model in which IT security tasks within a company are transferred to an external partner.
The special feature is that the cyber security services subscribed to are obtained from the cloud - usually at a fixed monthly price.
The service models range from the simple provision of anti-virus software via the Internet (software as a service) to the complete management of IT security by the service provider.
