Using PowerPoint speaker view with a monitor
Many Microsoft Teams users would like to use the speaker view during the transmission of the presentation. What was previously an unsolvable requirement is now possible with Microsoft Teams.
To do this, you must first start the presentation before sharing the screen and then select only the transmission window as the element to be transmitted. You can then select the "Presenter view" option after right-clicking in the slide show.
This does not change anything for the other participants in the Microsoft Teams meeting, who continue to see the transmitted presentation. However, your screen will switch to the speaker view, allowing you to view all notes and give the presentation as usual.
