How to optimize your printer fleet

We have developed the Printing Check for this purpose, which helps you to identify weak points and permanently optimize printing processes.
What is the printing check?
The Printing Check is an inventory of the current situation in your company. It assesses the number and type of printers in your company, the software, energy consumption, consumption data and costs as well as the security concepts for printing. On the basis of this data you will receive an optimization concept that includes the next steps.
What is the procedure for a printing check?
In a kick-off meeting, we familiarize ourselves with your company and work with you to determine your requirements. To get an overview of the hardware in use, we install our fleet monitoring tool and obtain information about the devices, their age and the print and scan volume. From this, we can derive the device classification and utilization, which is the prerequisite for the best possible storage space concept.
In order to obtain further information on the current situation and the handling of documents already established in the company, we are providing you with two questionnaires in advance. On the one hand, the current handling of documents in paper form is queried in order to identify initial approaches to process optimization and increased efficiency. In addition, the current printing process is scrutinized in order to gain a better insight into the printed documents and the underlying requirements.
We recommend having the questionnaires answered in the respective specialist departments where the printing and scanning processes are business-critical or even non-transparent.
Based on the results of our analysis, we conduct a workshop with you and your selected employees. First, we will give you an overview of process digitization. We then analyse your printing processes and present you with options for digitization in your company. We then work with you to create an optimization concept and define the next steps together.
