IGEL OS is a lean, read-only operating system. All modules that are not required for the respective application can be deactivated. As a result, IGEL OS minimizes the attack surface for malware on the endpoint.
In addition, IGEL's system architecture provides a complete "IGEL Chain of Trust" from the endpoint processor (on selected IGEL endpoints) or UEFI process to the target server or cloud platform. This innovative security framework validates every step when booting the endpoint and when executing the individual processes.
