Software distribution made easy
Whichever system you use – whether Matrix42, SCCM, HEAT or Altiris – we are able to adapt your workplace management/deployment software using a secure VPN connection between our staging center and your company network. In this way, you can assign your users their individual applications yourself, while refueling is automated.

Use a standardized solution for managing your end devices and servers! Flexibly expandable, powerful software solutions for the management of IT workstation environments in companies offer several decisive advantages: The management of mobile devices – including device locking, localization and remote wiping in the event of loss or theft – is seamlessly integrated into client and server management on a uniform, easy-to-use console interface. By stocking products at our warehouse in Föhren, we guarantee predictable delivery times and punctual delivery, as well as the availability of your products for flexible coverage of your needs at all times. As a flexible system house, IT-HAUS is also able to offer its customers a wide range of billing solutions: in the area of managed services, for example, in the form of a pay-per-click model, in the area of client/mobility as Device as a Service or in the form of collective invoices (monthly, quarterly).

Rollout-Services
Thanks to a global partner network, devices can not only be refueled and rolled out all over the world, but also installed or replaced on site. As a central point of contact, IT-HAUS ensures timely and cost-efficient delivery to the respective locations from Föhren and, if required, ensures integration into the existing IT system environment - from the ready-to-use installation of the device at the end user's premises to the dismantling of the old devices.

The tasks of the IT-HAUS team go far beyond ticket processing: on-site services within the IMAC process, such as the replacement and repair of hardware or the provision of equipment for new employees, are forwarded to the IT-HAUS Field Service and are carried out quickly and reliably thanks to numerous branch offices throughout Germany.
